48 FAMILY EXPLANATION

1. AKB48/Akihabara48

            July 2005, Yasushi Akimoto make an audition with 7.924 girls registrations and only 24 girls that chosen to be Team A in theater AKB48 on 8 Desember 2005. The name of AKB48 come from where they come from is Akihabara in Tokyo, Japan. The total member of 4 teams are 88 member. The caiptain of Team A (Yui Yokoyama) , Team K (Yuko Oshima) , Team B (Ayaka Umeda) and Team 4 (Minami Minegishi). AKB 48 is the most popular idol group, the most successful and the most digital in Japan.

2. HKT48/Hakata48

            The formation of HKT48 published by Yasushi Akimoto on November 19^th 2008 and the official debut on May 1^st 2011 when AKB48 handshake event.Yasushi Akimoto give the name is HKT48 because they come from in Hakata-ku Fukouka, Japan. Their debut single are Suki Suki Skip! that release on March 20^th 2013. All this time HKT48 only have 1 team is Team H with the caiptain is Chihiro Anai and the rest are trainee.

3. JKT48/Jakarta48

            JKT48 have a theater in 4^th floor in FX Sudirman mall. JKT48 is the first idol group in Indonesia also with their sister group AKB48 out of AKB48. The formation of JKT48 published on September 11st  2011 on AKB48 event in Chiba. From 1.200 girls registrations and chosen 28 young girls that published on November 3 rd 2011. All this time JKT48 have 62 member with their  own caiptain Team J (Devi Kinal Putri), Team KIII (Shinta Naomi) , Team T (don’t have caiptain) and the rest are trainee.Till this year JKT48 have 4 generations.

4. NMB48/Namba48

            On July 10^th 2010, AKB48 publish that they will have new sister group that come from Namba-Osaka Japan. On Octobe 9^th 2010, NMB48 form and start to active. All this time NMB48 have 3 main team with their caiptain are Team N (Sayaka Ymamoto), Team M (Rena Shimada) and Team BII (Emika Kamieda). Till this year NMB48 have 4 generations.

5. SKE48/Sakae48

            SKE48 based Theater n Sunshine Sakae, Nagoya, Japan. Be formed on July 30^th 2008. SKE48 is the first sister group of AKB48. As a first sister group of AKB48, SKE48 have been make a first big Tour Concert on October 2010 in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kobe. All this time, SKE48 divided into 3 team. They are Team S with Yuka Nakanishi as the caiptain, Team KII with AKne Takayagani as the caiptain and Team E with Rena Matsui as the caiptain. Till this yaer there are 6 generation that join in SKE48.

6. SNH48/Shanghai48

            SNH48 based in Shanghai, China. To be the seventh AKB48 and the third sister group after JKT48 and TPE48 (not yet debut). April 21^st 1012 information about the formation of SNH48 published by AKB48 Official Team and on October 14^th 2012, 26 member first generation was published. All this time, SNH48 not yet have official team and only 17 member first eneration that will active in public.

7. TPE48/Taipei48

            Akimoto Yasushi make a plan to accelerate the second sister group of AKB48 out of Japan after JKT48 in summer 2011. The second sister group of AKB48 named Taipei48 or TPE48 located in Taipei, Taiwan. In February, there is report if TPE would summer debut in 2011, but there’s no the next report till now. However, there is a plan to make a aptitude test for TPE48 on the beginning of 2012 and debut in the beginning of summer in 2012. Idol group or can be called sister group of AKB48 using the same concept of AKB48 too. The concept is “Idol that you can meet”.

8. SDN48/SaturdayNight48

            SDN48 (read "S.D.N. Forty-eight", short for Saturday Night 48) was a Japanese idol girl group, created and produced by Yasushi Akimoto. SDN48 was created based on an "adult idol" concept. Former AKB48 member Kayo Noro was chosen as the captain of the group. In November 2010, the group made their major label debut with "Gagaga". The group ended with a farewell concert on March 31, 2012.

9. Nogizaka46

            Nogizaka46 (乃木坂46^?, read "Nogizaka Forty-six") is a Japanese female idol group produced by Yasushi Akimoto, and it is billed as the "official rival" (公式ライバル kōshiki raibaru^?) of the group AKB48.

Nogizaka46 was named after the place where the SME Nogizaka Building, which houses Sony Music Japan’s office, is located in. Their producer Yasushi                                                       Akimoto also said that the number "46" was chosen as a direct challenge to                                                   AKB48

10. OJS48/OJISAN48

            OJS48 (short for Ojisan48) was an all-male Japanese Group produced by Akimoto Yasushi. All the members are former Osaka police officers and detectives, with an average age of 61 years old. The debut single of the group, Shinkokyuu, was released on October 13, 2010, but after selling only 873 copies on its 1st week, the group was disbanded. They now work as security guards of the 48Family.
